BASEBALL TICKET SWEEPSTAKES TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. By entering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. As the prize is for the winner and one adult guest, the winner's guest must also be 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of R.O.S.C.A Money Circle and Cultura Chamoy are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. Entry requirements are outlined in the official sweepstakes post/form. Referring 3 friends is optional and not required to enter or to be eligible to win; entrants who do not wish to submit friends' information may enter by completing the form with their email and prompt only. Only one entry per person will be accepted; duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

3. Sweepstakes Period
Entries will be accepted from September 5–7. Sweepstakes closes September 7, 2026 by 11:59 PM (PDT). Entries received after the close date will not be counted.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on September 8. The winner will be notified via the email or contact information provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner may be selected at our discretion. If no winner can be confirmed, no substitute prize will be awarded.

5. Prize Details
The prize consists of 2 tickets to a baseball suite for the game on September 12 at Oracle Park, San Francisco. Suite opens at 12:00 PM. Approximate retail value of the prize: $650.

The winner must be one of the individuals attending the game; tickets may not be transferred or reassigned to someone who is not the winner.

The prize includes entry for the winner and one guest, both of whom must be 18 years of age or older. While the suite is a family-friendly environment and may be shared with other community members, including children, the prize itself is intended for adult attendees only.

The suite will be shared with other community members and guests, and all attendees are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately.

The prize does not include transportation, parking, lodging, meals (outside what the suite provides), or any other expenses associated with attending the event. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize has no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or resold for cash or any other item.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold, auctioned, or given to a third party.

Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

Winner may be required to show valid photo ID matching the name provided at entry.

In the event the game is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, R.O.S.C.A Money Circle and Cultura Chamoy are not responsible for providing a replacement prize or compensation.

6. Right to Cancel or Modify
R.O.S.C.A Money Circle and Cultura Chamoy reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this sweepstakes at any time without notice, including if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control affect the integrity of the sweepstakes.

7. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that R.O.S.C.A Money Circle and Cultura Chamoy may use their name, likeness, and any photos or content from the event for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Liability Release
By entering and/or attending the event, participants release R.O.S.C.A Money Circle and Cultura Chamoy, their affiliates, and partners from any liability related to participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prize, including any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while attending the event.

9. Referral & Newsletter Consent
Referring friends is optional. For entrants who choose to refer friends, entrants must have the referred friends' permission to share their contact information for the purpose of subscribing them to the Metiche newsletter. Referred friends may unsubscribe from the Metiche newsletter at any time. By submitting your friends' information, you confirm they may be interested in receiving the Metiche newsletter.

10. Conduct
R.O.S.C.A Money Circle and Cultura Chamoy reserve the right to remove any individual from the suite for behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive. As this is a shared suite with other community members, winners and their guest are expected to conduct themselves respectfully throughout the event.

11. General
This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform, Major League Baseball, or Oracle Park. This sweepstakes and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. No purchase necessary to enter or win. All decisions made by R.O.S.C.A Money Circle and Cultura Chamoy regarding this sweepstakes are final.
