A college professor turned entrepreneur and financial educator, my path has been shaped by reinvention and betting on myself.

As the founder of R.O.S.C.A.— one of the few companies operating as both a media company and a startup — using the concept of community to digitize the tanda, while our app is still in beta. — I speak at the intersection of culture, money, and courage, helping audiences build wealth on their own terms. As a prominent voice for Latinés in finance, Cindy bridges the gap between traditional cultural practices and modern financial technology.
