1. Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open only to legal USA residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The prize is for a hardworking service worker, who may enter themselves or be nominated by someone else. The winner must be 18 or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of R.O.S.C.A. Money Circle and A-Frame-Escape Cabin are not eligible.

2. How to Enter
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. To enter, complete the official sweepstakes post/form [link] to enter yourself or nominate a service worker, such as a tío, tía, prima, or anyone you know who deserves time off. Only one entry or nomination per person will be accepted. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

3. Sweepstakes Period
Nominations and entries will be accepted from Friday, October 30, 2026, through Friday, November 27, 2026 (Black Friday), at 11:59 PM (PT). Entries received after the close date will not be counted.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the sweepstakes closes. The winner (or the nominee, if the entry was a nomination) will be contacted between November 30 and December 6, 2026, using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 48 business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of being contacted, an alternate winner may be selected at our discretion. The winner will be announced publicly on or before December 31, 2026. If no winner can be confirmed, no substitute prize will be awarded.

5. Prize Details

• The prize is one weekend getaway of 3 days and 2 nights at A-Frame-Escape Cabin in Shaver Lake, CA. Approximate retail value: $850.

• The stay must take place on an available weekend in 2027 and must be completed by December 31, 2027. Availability and blackout dates are determined by the Cabin Host. Unused stays expire and have no cash value.

• To reserve, the winner must contact A-Frame-Escape Cabin through The Cabin Host within [30] days of notification. Failure to book within this window results in forfeiture of the prize.

• Maximum occupancy is 4 people, including the winner. One pet is included, subject to the Cabin Host’s pet policy.

• The winner must be one of the guests staying at the cabin. The prize may not be transferred, reassigned, or given to anyone else.

• The prize does not include transportation, meals, groceries, activities, gratuities, or any other expenses. All such costs are the winner’s responsibility.

• The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash or any other item.

• The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on the prize.

• The winner may be required to show valid photo ID matching the name provided at entry.

6. Cabin Rules & Protection
All house rules, cabin protection terms, and booking policies, including any security deposit, damage policy, check-in and check-out times, quiet hours, pet rules, and cancellation terms, will be provided by The Cabin Host when the winner reserves.

By booking, the winner agrees to follow them.

The winner is responsible for any damage, loss, or additional fees caused by them, their guests, or their pet during the stay. Weather, road or snow conditions, wildfire, smoke, power or water outages, and wildlife may affect a stay in the Shaver Lake area, and guests stay at their own risk.

If the cabin becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the stay within 2027.

No cash or substitute compensation will be provided. No-shows and late cancellations result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Nominations & Contact Consent
Nominators must have the nominee’s permission to share their contact information so that they can be notified if selected. Nominators confirm the information they submit is accurate. Contact information will be used only to run this sweepstakes unless the entrant opts in to other communications.

8. Right to Cancel or Modify
R.O.S.C.A. Money Circle and A-Frame-Escape Cabin reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this sweepstakes at any time without notice, including if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control affect its integrity.

9. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that R.O.S.C.A. Money Circle and A-Frame-Escape Cabin may use their name, likeness, and any photos or content from the stay for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Liability Release
By entering and/or staying at the cabin, participants release R.O.S.C.A. Money Circle, A-Frame-Escape Cabin, The Cabin Host, their affiliates, and partners from any liability related to participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prize, including any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the stay.

11. Conduct
Winners and their guests are expected to treat the property respectfully and follow all house rules. The Cabin Host and A-Frame-Escape Cabin reserve the right to cancel a stay or remove guests for behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or damaging to the property, without compensation.

12. General
This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. No purchase necessary to enter or win. All decisions made by R.O.S.C.A. Money Circle and A-Frame-Escape Cabin regarding this sweepstakes are final.
