How to Apply
At R.O.S.C.A., we believe that financial freedom starts with education and community support. Our scholarship program is designed to provide financial assistance and mentorship to Latinos in finance scholarship applicants who are passionate about changing the landscape of wealth in our community. By investing in students today, we are building the financial leaders of tomorrow.
Step 1The Form

Step 2The Essay
Submit a 500-word essay on "How community-led finance can bridge the wealth gap."
Step 3The Interview
Finalists will be invited to a virtual coffee
chat with Cindy and the R.O.S.C.A. team.
Eligibility Requirements

Must identify as Latiné/x.

Currently enrolled in or accepted to an accredited two or four-year college or university.

Pursuing a major related to finance, business, or technology.
#4
Demonstrated commitment to community service or mutual aid.
